Custom Task and Inventory Management Application – MVP Development
I’m looking for a freelance developer to build a self funded mvp for a task and inventory management application. Project will take est. 2-3 months of full time hours. Please send hourly rates, availability, and examples of existing apps. The App has been designed out in Adobe XD. The branding, design, functionality and details are complete.

Hoping to start asap. Looking for full time freelance until launch, est timeline 3/4 months duration.

This app will provide users with tools to organize tasks, manage inventory, track progress, and generate detailed reports. The MVP will focus on user-friendly functionality, scalability, and secure data handling.

This RFP provides a general description of the project to protect proprietary information. Developers will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving detailed project specifications and designs.

Project Overview:
The application is designed for users who need to manage complex workflows and inventories efficiently. Key features include task tracking, inventory tagging, optional advanced valuation capabilities, reporting, and secure data management. The MVP will be the foundation for future iterations and enhancements.

Core Functionalities:
Task Management:
Interactive, sequential checklists for guiding users through predefined workflows.
Ability to track progress, mark tasks as complete, and add custom tasks.
Notifications and alerts for upcoming or overdue tasks.

Inventory Management:
Upload photos and details for items
Tag items for categorization
Search, filter, and generate reports on inventory items.

User Profiles:
Role-based access for multiple user types, ensuring secure and limited interaction.
Primary users manage all data, while secondary users have restricted views for updates.

Reporting:
Generate reports summarizing tasks, inventory, and other data inputs.
Export reports in user-friendly formats (PDF, Excel).
Secure Document Handling:
Upload and organize key documents for easy retrieval and sharing.
Ensure encrypted storage for sensitive information.
Optional Advanced Features:
Valuation tools for certain items using AI or manual override.
Advanced tagging systems or categorization filters for expanded inventory needs.

Technical Requirements:
Platform: Bubble.io or a comparable low-code platform.
Data Security: Encryption and role-based access control.
Responsive Design: Ensure usability across desktop and mobile devices.
Scalability: App architecture must allow for future feature additions and enhancements.

Proposal Submission Requirements:
To submit a proposal, please include:
Introduction: A brief overview of your experience with Bubble.io or similar platforms.
Portfolio: Examples of task management or inventory-based applications you’ve developed.
Proposed Timeline: Estimate of development time broken into phases.
Budget Estimate: Provide a cost breakdown for the proposed work.
NDA Agreement: Confirmation of your willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving proprietary details and designs.

Evaluation Criteria:
Demonstrated expertise in Bubble.io development or similar platforms.
Quality of portfolio and relevance to task/inventory management projects.
