We’re seeking a versatile UI/UX expert who knows Figma/Canvas. The ideal person is not only adept at creating intuitive and engaging designs but also possesses a keen sense of product management and startup consulting.

Key Phases of Our Projects:

  • Sales Calls
  • Initial Brainstorming & Figma Wireframing
  • Bubble Development
  • QA & Testing

Your Role:

  • Sales Call Synthesis: Review recordings of sales calls to understand client needs and project scope.

  • Figma Mastery: Craft detailed wireframes in Figma, utilizing both your design skills and the information gathered from initial discussions and proposals. Using the Canvas Figma file of course.

  • Proactive Communication: Create and share Loom video overviews of Figma designs before brainstorming sessions, and as needed throughout the project.

  • Collaborative Brainstorming: Actively participate in brainstorming calls, absorbing feedback, and refining Figma wireframes accordingly.

  • Seamless Transition: Gradually hand over the reins to our Bubble Development Lead, ensuring they have all they need to take the project forward. Your role in the design phase is crucial, but you’ll also need to be available for occasional consultations post-handover.

  • Consultative Approach: Your role goes beyond mere design; it encompasses elements of product management and startup consulting, requiring a deep understanding of our client’s business goals and user needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Figma, with a strong grasp of components, variants, and high-fidelity prototyping.

  • Experience in UI/UX design, with an ability to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

  • Good understanding of product management principles.

  • Ability to work with pre-defined UI kits, with intermediate expertise in UI/branding.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Passion for startups and a consultative approach to problem-solving.

Commitment:

Expect 10-20 hours of initial groundwork per project, with the possibility of more hours depending on project size.
