Looking for Freelance Developer to help finish App Features

Hi,
Im looking for a freelance developer to help with finishing the last few parts of the app. Currently the app is live with users. I am looking to add on a few new/enhanced features (additional account types, Admin Dashboard expansion, clean-up interface, etc.).

Ideally, the person would be able to work as needed (no more than 5-7 hours per week on average; some more, some less).
