@rainercdsouza - I am not sure how anyone can quote a price based on your detailed scope that you provided, which is two words - ābasic featuresā. In my 30 year career building software applications, I have never learned how to do this 
and would love for someone to teach me! 
Jokes aside, the best thing you can do for yourself is to write out a scope document, or at the very least, identify some features you would like to build.
If youāve never used third parties to build apps for you before, please know that the devil is in the details. To avoid disappointment, headaches, arguments and fights, try to clarify for yourself, and then for the developers you hire, EXACTLY what you mean by each feature so that there is alignment before execution.
