Map Element - "Show Title Window" and "Marker Caption"

Hello,

Does anyone know how to customize the Title Window and Marker Caption styling? I want the dynamic title to be displayed in conjunction with the marker that that users can see the marker and title at the same time. Clicking on a marker would take the user to a new page.

How can I modify the title windows font, padding, etc?
Is there a way to do this without plugins?
Am I able to modify the custom map JSON to change the marker appearance?

I know I can upload a custom marker and I know that I am able to dynamically change the text displayed.

Any information would be greatly appreciated!
