Map to display search area for filtering out listings

I want to use this kind of map in my job listing app that can be used to filter out job’s available near the candidate’s location area with this slider ranging from 10 kms to 100 kms.

What would be the best way to do this? Please guide through. Thanks

There are some nice plugins to process this, please spend some time with a search on the forum and you will find
