Anyone else crashing each time you try to merge a branch or sync with main?
mind sharing some more details? What kinds of errors? Is it still happening?
When the browser crashes during a merge, then if you look at the merge there will be a bunch of errors. Over a thousand sometimes. So we need to revert back to a previous version and then try again. Sometimes they aren’t noticed unless you look around in the branch, then the issues start showing up.
For the last week or so, every time I try to merge it crashes. I would have to refresh and try it again for it to work. Not sure why. Thought it was just me but my clients are seeing the same issue.
have you heard back from the support team about this?
No. I wanted to see if it was just a fluke thing or if this is happening to other people first. Doing bug reports take a lot of time so I want to make sure it’s worth my time before going through the grueling process. ![]()
I’ve had an issue where when you try to merge a branch it just gets stuck and you need to refresh then do it again, but nothing where thousands of errors appear
Ok, at least I’m not the only one having the merge problem.
Thanks @johnny
I noticed a similar behaviour when merging. But luckily no errors showed up after refreshing the page
Looks like the team is triaging some problems with timeouts when merging custom branches. I recommend you submit a report (if you haven’t already) to get added to that
The issue is that it’s not always occurring so it’s hard to submit a bug report on it when it’s not readily reproducible ![]()
But good to know the team’s still interested in these types of bug reports
