Hi everyone! I’ve been building with the new Bubble Native Mobile Builder for a while and loving it, but today I hit a snag: whenever I trigger the “Open camera” action the app crashes instantly. Has anyone else run into this or found a workaround? Any help would be greatly appreciated—thanks in advance!

The app crashed during review. Apps that crash negatively impact users.

Steps leading to crash:

  • Tapped on messages
  • Tapped on attachments
  • Tapped on take photo of video
  • Scrolled to take video
  • App crashed

Review device details:

  • Device type: iPhone 14 Pro
  • OS version: iOS 18.5

Having the same issue on my app, at first it gave NSCameraUsageDescription errors, now it just crashes.

Update: team worked on a fix for BubbleGo and we are waiting on appstore approval for it to go live.

seems to be the cause of my app store rejection too - it crashed in testflight app as well
