We had a workflow timing out after this update, with the delay left blank. Reverted back to the 5 seconds delay…
This is a great first step.
One thing though, if making the bug reporting process less of a pain point, please put back the ability for us to select from a dropdown the app we are submitting the bug for, as having to add in the ID of the app is more tedious.
The above used to be a dropdown which was populated with all apps in our account…now it is just an input and we need to go to the app editor, find the ID in the URL or copy/paste the URL.
Also, it would be beneficial to also still keep in the ‘how is it impacting you question’…from replies from Bubble support that question basically is used by support as a gauge for how urgent or time sensitive an issue is. In the past support told me the reason for delays in responses to reports I submitted prior to another report being submitted and replied to is because I chose an option from the ‘how is it impacting you’ for the first report that indicated it was not a severe or time sensitive issue, but the later report was more time sensitive based on the option selected.
@josh - Thanks for the ongoing efforts! Can you tell us:
- If you will be doing anything to address concurrency issues? This is a major headache and makes bubble apps unreliable.
- If there will be any update to the UI/UX for logs? It’s currently pretty appalling.
