As a non-technical person (undoubtedly like many others on a no-code platform), I didn’t realize this was a blocker until I was ready to launch my app and trying to get things configured in Apple.
Also I had to start paying for the app because the free “build and experiment” doesn’t allow us to use our own data. You can’t thoroughly build and test an app with dummy data. So now I (and undoubtedly others) have been paying for an app we can’t sell.
This is a critical feature for the app to be considered a full, end-to-end mobile app.
It’s just a subscription to the app content. The only workaround I could figure out is to buy a mobile wrapper like BDK or Zeroqode, but I very much do want to spend hundreds of dollars for a mobile wrapper on my mobile app
Any other workarounds you know of? I’m happy to try a creative solution, I just don’t know of any. Other than maybe downgrade to web only and buy the wrapper?
