.mov files no longer showing

Hi

I have had a web based app published for several years now. Just cruising along. I have not done any development for some time. I have just been informed by a user that when uploading photos (my app uses the multifile uploader) he has in the past been able to add short .mov files with no issue. He is now no longer able to upload these files and all the files he has uploaded in the past are not showing in app.

I can see in my file manager the files are there, but the link is broken. I can upload .mov files in the app, and then they appear in the file manager, I just can not see them in the app.

Any help would be appreciated as this was working in the past

I also lost a lot of links, in my case images. Since it wasn’t crucial to my operations, I didn’t submitted a ticket to Bubble and simply recreated the links manually.
