Core Features & Workflow:
Smart Claim Form: A multi-step onboarding form where users enter their flight number and date.
Flight Data API Integration: The app must connect to a flight data API (e.g., AeroDataBox, FlightStats, or OAG). It must automatically retrieve: Origin/Destination, exact arrival delay, and (if available) the reason for the delay. The system should calculate if the user is eligible for compensation based on the 3-hour rule.
Digital Signature: Integration of a signature pad (e.g., via a Bubble plugin or Dropbox Sign) for the user to sign the power of attorney.
Automated PDF Generation: Generate a formal legal claim PDF containing user data, flight details, and the digital signature.
Automated Email Submission: The system must automatically send the generated PDF as an attachment to the airline’s specific claims email address (stored in a database). Email service integration (e.g., Postmark or SendGrid).
