Hoping to tap into the Bubble community for a bit of guidance.
I’m currently working on a tiny startup in the thrilling space of risk management (don’t ask, I know it’s boring! please don’t judge me !haha).
Anyway, I’ve just been tasked by the power that be to start setting up our public knowledge base and docs, and ideally a chat assistant to talk directly to those documents.
Even though we don’t have many customers on the app yet, we still get quite a few support questions coming in. It would be really nice if users could read the docs or query them via AI to take the burden off us having to manually answer simple, repetitive questions.
In true startup style, we don’t have much money floating around, so I’m looking for a genuinely cost-effective way to tackle this.
Does anyone know of a solid solution that’s easy to set up, ticks all the boxes, and can grow alongside our startup?
I’ve had a look at Crisp, but it potentially looks pretty full on .
Any guidance or shared learnings would be awesome, as I’m sure this is a pretty classic startup challenge.
