Hello, I’m trying desperately to get a calendar on my native mobile app. I know there are plugins for the Web app and I know there is javascript I can add in the Web app to make the dates appear correctly etc but none of this works for a native mobile app. I have created a layout of the calendar (weekday letter on a row at the top, grid for the dates below) and I know how to add which Data I want to be shown, but I can not work out how to have the dates of August for example automatically show correctly on their corresponding week day in the grid, and obviously change accordingly when I swipe to the right and change the month to September.
You’re right that most calendar plugins or JavaScript workarounds are made for web apps and don’t work well (or at all) on native.
The good news is — we’re currently in the final stages of developing a Native Calendar Plugin!
This new plugin is being built specifically for native apps and will let you:
Show dates in the correct weekday positions (like you described)
Swipe between months (e.g. August → September)
Display your custom data in the calendar
Use it without any coding
So everything you mentioned — we’re aiming to make possible, and much easier!
As soon as the plugin is ready, we’ll definitely let you know!
Native calendars are not possible without Bubble giving access to custom SDK’s. In the meanwhile, we developed a temporary solution that works on both Android and iOS.

However I’ve just tried twice to buy the app from the bubble plugin and this screenshot has appeared with no plugin. I hope I’ve not been charged…
The error message you saw (“unexpected server error”) seems to be related to Bubble’s payment system, which handles checkout on the marketplace.
