Need Freelancer - Connect Affiliate API & Stripe Payouts

Hello!

I need a freelancer to help me build a small affiliate signup/tracking/payout app. I can help design the app, but don’t have time to work through connecting APIs.

I will need to connect our affiliate tracking system with Refersion (https://www.refersion.com/api_docs/) to show conversions/links/etc, and I also need to connect Stripe Payouts (https://stripe.com/docs/payouts) so that we can provide payouts for the associated conversions through Stripe Payouts.

Is this affiliate API a whitelabel solution to start your own affiliate network or something that can be used personally?

we’re not building it inside a bubble app to track, we use refersion to track our referrals/sales.

This would be to signup affiliates and let them copy their referral links and view commissions in a custom dashboard.
