Welcome our new Ez Store Admin Panel - CRM Template
Ez Store Admin Panel CRM ERP is a completely new EazyCode vision of templated bubble solution all in one. Designed for stores and marketplace selling various products.
The system has 3 major directions:
-Ecommerce is designed for online sales where the
client chooses and orders everything online and does not personally interact
with a company representative.
- CRM system. Helps to collect customer’s data who
make an order by phone, direct sales, etc. and include them in statistics and
subsequent management. Allows you to effectively manage your customers database.
Increases sales efficiency. Provides the best user experience.
-ERP system. Allows you to optimize the movement
of data within the company. Improves business processes. Makes the company’s
work process as efficient and understandable for employees as possible. And all
the goodies that follow from here.
All directions are interconnected. The system
consists of 7 types of users each with a unique role and tasks in the system, only the administrator sees everything that happens in the system and, if
necessary, can replace any user:
-The administrator can do everything “father of
the system”.
-The manager manually registers clients in the
system and places an order. There is a separate ecommerce manager that receives
orders from the site, as well as customers who register on their own.
-Client’s personal account. The client can
register himself or receive an invitation from the manager. The personal account includes the status of the order, settings and the ability to contact
the support.
-Courier. Receives an order and moves it further
in its system.
-Support. Gets product reviews. Site feedback
form. Corresponds with clients on a ticket form from an order.
-Storekeeper. Adds new products and product
categories. Fills replenishment products - the number of units of goods.
-Accountant. Monitors the financial performance of
the company.
Each internal employee has his own dashboard with
indicators that reflect his activities. There is a chat between employees with the distribution of roles.
The admin invites new employees and immediately
assigns him a role. EzStore Admin Panel CRM ERP is quite a large and thoughtful project.
