Basically, the element flashes (quickly appears and then disappears) before animating in. This is not popup related, but rather, occurs when using Bubble’s built-in workflow animation on a simple text element…
If I recall, Bubble uses the velocity.js library for its workflow animations, so there seems to be a conflict there.
Anyway, if I get the time, I’ll submit a bug report, but it seems like it should be pretty simple for your team to reproduce.
