Pop up suddenly not displaying (only dropshadow)

My second issue with Bubble today. Super frustrated with simple features that worked fine yesterday that suddenly stop working today. I have hundreds of organizations that rely on this app that can’t login because of a pop-up issue, and I’ve already lost a paid subscriber

Today I found more popup problems

Buttons in popup flash after closing

Just starting today, my previously-working popups are now flashing the buttons inside when the popup is closed. These popups worked fine yesterday, but even when I restore my app to a week ago, the popups do this flashing. Which leads me to believe there is a bug in something Bubble recently deployed. I only see this bug on my larger pages, including for new buttons. I don’t see this bug on my smaller pages. Is anyone else having this problem?

I’ve got the same thing for an app that is live and in use by a client. This is the first production ready app and ignoring all the issues and lack of focus on supporting established builders, it’s really made me think twice about bubble. The pop up blocking is essentially stopping the entire app from working.

Spending time attracting ‘get built quick’ people is not where Bubble should be right now. It’s the people that use bubble for production apps that should be focused on.

I filled a bug report, and bubble said they have fixed the issue… I haven’t noticed any recent issue and it seems to be functioning

I’m still suffering but support helped out with a work around. I had the exact same thing, grey out only. Although it is a hassle, if you add a 500ms delay into the middle of the show/hide workflow it will sort it for now. Not tried shortening the time but 500ms between friends isn’t too bad.

It’s not affecting a pop up that is fired from a reusable element… Which is great but for various reasons pop up toggling can be a little buggy when using URL Params. To avoid the hassle, the Saving Pop Up gets fired from outside of any reusable on pages. These are the ones that are affected… If it was the other way round I’d be a little happier about it!

I won’t likely see when the issue is properly fixed as I’m going through all the various pages and editing all and any workflows that call the Saving Pop up.

I wonder if the issue exists with the toggle command… Not that you’d really use it in this instance.
