[New plugin] ✨ Parallax Tilt Hover Effect

Hi everyone!

I just published a plugin that adds the Parallax Tilt Hover Effect to your elements! The element will tilt based on your mouse position with additional effects like ‘Glare’ and ‘Scale’!

Is there a way to have a tilt effect not on mouse hover, but on page scroll? Something like this (scroll down to the section in which you can see the UI image tilting): https://globe.exchange/
