Oops, tried new workflows and now want to go back to the old way

Tried the new workflow organization, watched the little videos and see the new ones with folders. Now I want to go back to the old method. Don’t feel comfortable with the new method. How?

This will work - but only if you have admin collaborator rights on the app’s editor.
