No properties available for condition? Bug?

Conditional tab doesn't display dropdown with properties

Hi, [Screenshot 2022-03-31 183501] when I try to create a conditional statement the UI is missing the usual dropdown for the properties to change. I can create the conditional expression. Cookies, machine and browser don’t seem to be the cause. Is it a common problem? Am I missing something? Thanks
