I believe you’re talking about Bubble’s new property editor, right?
It’s in beta and you should have received access…
Check by going to “Settings” and then “Versions” to see if there’s a version mentioning the Editor. If there is, uncheck it and it should revert to the old editor.
However, soon there’s a big chance that the new editor will become standard for everyone, and there will no longer be an option to go back to the old one.

Looks like the update changed the default theme. You might need to switch back in settings or enable dark mode.
