Senior Bubble.io Developer (US-Based, Remote)

We are a fast-growing, fully remote startup with a small, highly collaborative team serving enterprise-level customers. We are looking for an experienced Bubble.io Developer to help maintain and expand a large and complex Bubble application. Some of the features we currently have and are looking to enhance are auditing, commissions, onboarding experience, analytics, reporting, Book of Business, user management, review/approval processes, and more. Experience in these types of features will be very helpful.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving difficult technical challenges while building secure, high-performance applications.

Communication and collaboration are extremely important to our team. We operate in a fast-paced startup environment and work closely together despite being fully remote.
Because we support enterprise customers, there are periods — particularly during new customer onboarding and complex implementation projects — that may require additional availability, flexibility, and a willingness to step up to help the team deliver successful launches.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain advanced Bubble.io applications

Work within a large, complex codebase while improving scalability and performance

Optimize workflows, database structure, and application efficiency

Ensure strong security, privacy, and data integrity

Troubleshoot complex issues and performance bottlenecks

Collaborate closely with a remote startup team
Requirements
-
2+ years professional Bubble.io development experience

Experience working with complex or large-scale Bubble applications

Strong knowledge of backend workflows and database architecture

Proven performance optimization and debugging skills

Strong communication skills and reliability working within a remote team

US-based and comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment

Willing to commit at least 10 hours per week initially, but reminder we are looking for someone that is interested in becoming a full-time and long-term part of the team.
