I’ve been using bubble for almost 2 years and, every day, there are improvements, but for my ERP, reliability and downtime are non-negotiable.
Unfortunatelly, everyday it’s getting worse instead of better. Everytime bubble is down, I get a million calls and this is definitely making me consider changing the service.
I’m sad about thinking about starting from scratch using another plattform and wasting time.
Same here, it is just impossible to run proper software company with this frequency of issues. Even if the bubble team reacts quickly, I am considering just switching to something else.
Completely agree. We have been down 7 o 8 times on the last two weeks. Some days even for more than an hours. It is impossible to run a business this way
Unfortunately, I’m also suffering from the impact of the instability.
This week, I lost the opportunity to close a deal with a major client because, right in the middle of a demo call, Bubble simply stopped working. It was extremely embarrassing.
On top of that, I lost 3 clients in the past few days. Without a doubt, one of the reasons was the frustration their teams felt when trying to use my system and it just wouldn’t work.
As we can see, the number of incidents has increased a lot over the past 8 days, and what’s most concerning is that the Bubble team hasn’t provided any clear response. It feels like we’re being left in the dark. @emmanuel
the team is preparing a post-mortem and will be sharing more soon on what happened and the steps they are taking to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
I know it wasn’t a great week with those spikes but the team has been doing a lot of incredible work to get the platform to a better state this year. More info coming soon
Am I the only one experience database latency at the moment? Seems to impact my test and live environments.

It keeps happening recently, reliability is a big issue.
Seems like a backend issues as well. @fede.bubble can you please check if there’s anything happening right now? Getting so many backend errors and users can’t sign in

I’m also seeing some latency issues, 3-4 seconds to write to the DB and see the changes on the front-end. This only happens if you do a series of DB writes in “quick” succession - about 1 second between them
ok, could you all submit tickets to support about this? To help escalate the issue
Clearly something is going on @fede.bubble - looks like multiple people are reporting latency to load data. (on top of our users)

This is a problem for me right now. Simple bulk API workflows are taking 3-4 seconds per row. Also - searches in RGs are very slow.
EDIT: Looks like one DB update was taking 25 seconds. That’s a simple make a change to thing
If this includes displaying images, mine have started loading very slowly even when they are compressed to bits.
Every time latency spikes on bubble’s own status page, we see performance degrade significantly in our app, which means operations time out and data simply won’t load.
It’s really concerning that the bubble team doesn’t seem to see that having database operations break repeatedly throughout the day is concerning.
Performance of the main bubble cluster has been pretty bad for the past week. Just look at those latency spikes for the month and you’ll see that something isn’t right with the main bubble cluster as of recently
the team needs some time to work through the engineering post-mortem when problems. Keep an eye on the forum for updates on what caused these issues and what the team is doing to prevent them in the future
Tanto no ambiente de edição/criação de banco de dados tanto no app rodando em live com pesquisas ao banco de dados está muito lento. Está acontecendo alguma coisa com o Bubble??
