Pitch-Ready SaaS Prototypes in 7 Days for $3K

Pitch-Ready SaaS Prototypes in 7 Days for $3K

A Productised AI-Powered Model for Founders, Sales Teams, and Startup Teams

My name is Mido. I run a product studio focused on building fast, functional prototypes that help teams pitch, sell, and validate early. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with founders, sales teams, and internal product teams who had strong ideas but no working product to show.

Too many teams are stuck in the Figma phase. They’re pitching static screens while investors and stakeholders want something real.

So here’s what we’re doing: we build a real SaaS prototype in 7 days for $3,000. Fully coded. Fully deployed. Built in Next.js. Optional mobile version in React Native or Swift. Simple. Clear. Fast.

Why we’re doing this

Early-stage development is broken. It’s either:

  • Bloated agency retainers
  • Endless discovery phases
  • Design-first processes that don’t ship

Founders wait months and spend $15K to $30K just to test an idea. Sales teams burn weeks trying to get buy-in without anything functional to show. And freelancers spend more time quoting and scoping than actually building.

We wanted a faster, simpler path. Something productised, transparent, and genuinely useful.

What we deliver in 7 days

  • Functional web app built in Next.js with Tailwind
  • Optional mobile prototype using React Native or Swift
  • Up to 5 fully working pages
  • Built with Supabase or Firebase backend
  • Dummy or real API integration depending on your stack
  • Live deployment to Vercel or Expo
  • Walkthrough documentation for handoff
  • Clean, maintainable code that is 100% yours

This is not a mockup. It’s not a wireframe. It’s a working product that can be demoed, shared, and tested.

Why only 5 pages?

We’ve found that five core pages is usually enough to:

  • Show the product’s value
  • Demonstrate core functionality
  • Get feedback from users and investors

Trying to build more in a week usually leads to shallow, rushed work. The goal is to focus on what matters and ship something useful.

If you have wireframes, great. If not, we’ll define the core flows together on day one.

The 7-day delivery process

Day 1 Kickoff call to walk through the idea. We’ll define five key screens and the user flows behind them. Wireframes or written notes both work. We’ll keep it lean.

Day 2 We scaffold the app, set up hosting, layout system, auth, and routing. You’ll start getting preview links early.

Days 3 to 6 We build out the key features. You’ll see daily progress. Minor feedback is handled immediately.

Day 7 We deploy everything, share documentation, and deliver the full codebase privately on GitHub. If you want to open-source it, we’ll set it up for public visibility. We can also build SDKs or APIs for external integrations as part of follow-up work.

After the prototype

Once the prototype is live, we offer:

  • Rebuilds in Bubble for clients who want to scale with no-code
  • Continued development on the same stack
  • Support for pitching, raising, and stakeholder demos

Most clients stay with us. Others take the code to their internal team or use it to raise capital. The point is, you leave with something real.

Who this is for

  • Founders preparing for a raise
  • Sales teams demoing new tools
  • Internal teams testing a new product direction
  • Agencies who need a functional prototype to close a deal

You don’t need a full spec. Just a clear idea and 30 minutes to walk us through it.

Let’s talk

This post is here to share the model, but also to open it up for discussion. If you’re a freelancer or agency who’s considering packaging your services like this, I’d love to hear your take.

If you’ve done something similar, share how it worked for you. If you disagree with this approach, tell me why. This is an open thread.

And if you’re a founder or team that wants to get started, feel free to reach out.
