Prevent pop ups from closing

Hello,

The popup is normally closed when clicking outside its limits,
However, How could we prevent that behavior and keep it open until pressing close button.

I am using long forms, and if clicked outside the popup it close. I need to prevent that.

Is that possible? And how?
