I just launched a small but super-useful plugin that allows you to prevent the user from selecting/highlighting text on your page. Esp. for mobile apps/sites this can significantly improve the UX.

Seems a hefty fee for setting user-select doncha think? Try, try again.
that’s the lowest bubble lets me set it to. I have also created a blog post on how you can do it yourself for free if that’s more to your liking

Hello, the Prevent text selection plugin, can it be used in a RichText editor?
don’t think so.
Please create a way to disable all the text on a page, but allow us to add exceptions. For example, I want only a specific text on the page to be selectable, so I assign the id/class “selectable” to it.
