Pushing data to the database?

Hey ! I’m discovering Bubble and I’m facing a problem :

On my APP, there is a list of customers, when you click on the name of the customer, a pop-up appears with complement information on the customer,

Under theses informations, there’s an input where you can add a comment about this customer,
but I did not found how to apply the input field data to the database in the same line of this customer !

Thank you for your answer, unfortunately, it doesn’t work in my case, the rows in the database are pre-created, the comment must be enterded in these cases…
