Once I turn my web app into a native app, can I store data on the device storage? For instance, say my application creates a workout plan, can a user store that on the device and access it offline?

My app is made for musicians and they need to be able to access their song information when performing live. For musicians performing live, time is critical so having the data stored locally on the device is really important.
