Refund Reply times are not acceptable

Hi all,

I’m having a issue where is signed up for a monthly subscription and was charged for a 1 year period.

I’ve sent a few emails stating that i would like to change this plan back to monthly and be refunded so far i have only received an email from the auto response bot saying ;


Thanks for your message! We’ll be in touch shortly.

this was 2 days ago.

Please make this process more transparent up to this point i have not received another email or information on how i get refunded.

It will take 3 to 5 days (not including weekend). Bubble isn’t going to cash and go :wink:
Second, you have to select annual to be charged annually (human mistake happen).
Just be patient and enjoy Bubble.
