Could there be an option (or a workflow action) to force-reload the Bubble mobile app?
Right now, to see changes I make in the editor, I have to fully close and reopen the app, which takes a lot of time.

The “shake to relaunch” feature isn’t reliable either. I have to shake exactly twice—if I shake too slowly the popup nevers shows or when i shake more than two times, the relaunch popup disappears. After that, no matter how much I shake, the popup won’t show again.

when i use the previous gesture then the hole app closes, i do not get back to the list of all my bubble apps to reload the app.

This is very frustrating.

I had the same issue and found a workaround using iOS AssistiveTouch.

Instead of shaking the phone, I use the floating AssistiveTouch button to trigger the shake gesture.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open Accessibility

  3. Tap Touch

  4. Enable AssistiveTouch

  5. Go to Customize Top Level Menu

  6. Add the action Shake

Now the white floating button appears on the screen.

When I tap it, I can trigger Shake, which opens the Bubble relaunch popup without physically shaking the phone.

This makes testing much easier and more reliable.

I think this is only available on iOS, on Android i cannot find that option.

Reload issues in the Bubble Go mobile beta can be tricky because sometimes the app cache keeps old states even after updates. I’ve run into cases where force closing the app or clearing local data helped trigger a proper reload. Beta builds tend to behave like that, so hopefully the team smooths it out in future updates.
