Repeating group

I am struggling with the following scenario

There are 2 tables -

Table T1 has User, Car Make
Table T2 has Car Make, Car Price, Car Specs

I want to display in a repeating group the Car Specs and Car Price for all the cars that a user can have( from the data in T1). The problem is when a user has multiple cars. I am only getting one value in my repeating group.
