Report designer - is there such a tool available?

I have seen Bubble some years ago, but then it did not offer report designer tool.

I return today to check Bubble again and I can not find any such tool available.

Question for Bubble experts: what tools do you use for designing reports ?

What type of report are you looking to create?

In our app, we’ve been able to build all of the dashboards that we’ve wanted. Ours are mostly numbers and columns along with filters and tabs (all of which are easy and highly customizable in Bubble) and we don’t use charts (which are more limited in Bubble).

Of course, if you need more advanced charting options or better visual options, I’m pretty sure you can plug in to 3rd party charting tools via the API or a custom plugin, and there are plenty of charting libraries to choose from, for sure.

Thank you for replying. My interest is for master-details reports, running totals, with grouping subtotal, headers, footers. No interest in charts.

I think report designer tool is needed for a no code platform.

Bubble gives you the ability to build all of those things. And, if you need advanced capabilities in a particular area that Bubble doesn’t support out of the box, then you can integrate with 3rd parties to achieve most any of it.

I need to print a “report” of a repeating group that contains a multiline input. Therefore each block of the repeating group will be an indeterminate height/length. And there may be 1 or 100 repeating group per report. I need this “report” to have page numbers and, ideally, for bubble to be able to count the number of pages to be output so I can have a text box that says “Page X of Y”. Do you have suggestions for how I can achieve this with Bubble or a recommended plugin? When you says “integrate with 3rd party” I assume you mean a plugin?
