Reuseable elements showing up twice in editor

I noticed this started happening a few days ago

It was happening very occasionally, but now it is happening much more frequently. Reuseable elements are showing up twice in the editor. Basically ghost/faint duplicates of the reuseables.

The reuseables are also not fitting to height correctly in the editor.

Both issues are just editor level and do not present on client side.

Yes, also sometimes tooltip loose parent object and calculation of appearance is wrong. solution is just refresh page, and try don’t use resize of browser.
