If what they’re thinking is what I’m thinking I think its 100% the right play. To bring vibe coders into Bubble, the only way we do that is if we close the UX experience gap of conversationally building apps. Right now its just too great especially with the tools that are out there and those coming out.
I can see how a tool like this closes that gap and provides a pathway in the future (hopefully once Bubble gets their AI stuff figured out) to get back into Bubble.
Can’t keep shooting in every direction hoping to hit a target. Native mobile’s progressing sloooowly and there are editor features that were announced years ago still pending.
Now we’re seeing a pilot launch that’s not even built for Bubble developers that clearly wasn’t put together in a day.
It’s the AI wild west right now, software companies should also work towards securing their own core products.
They have teams already working on Bubble, nothing wrong with having a few try new ideas. I have 2 devs in our startup. Me included. We split between 2 large projects because we need to generate new income.
