Roast my Landing pages (not the app)

Hey there bubblers!

I’ve been working on this new design for a while, trying my best to create a slightly different feel to my landings compared to my usual-looking sites.

What I’ve learned during the process is the more changes you implement between sections, the more interesting it will be for the viewers, which helps to make potential users stick around for longer.

I’m genuinely looking for feedbacks that are about what you guys don’t like or will do differently on my site if it was yours. Always happy to implement changes if it improves the user experience!

No design apps (like Figma or Id) has been used, all built-in bubble from scratch.

I’m not a designer, and in art class I always used a light box to trace as I can’t draw, so I couldn’t create something nice on my own.

But as per my reaction and personal preferences for more minimalistic designs, I think there is too much color, and not from the perspective of color being used in too many places, just there are too many colors being used, and then adding in the gradient borders compounds this for me.

I had issues understanding the problem you try to solve - is it about finding ppl who read my book or is it that i am not able to finish cause i dont want to read my own book?

If you have issues with copywriting here is a best practice i use most often for my stuff.

Thank you for your feedback, it really means a lot to me.
I had a feeling that it might be is too much for some. I’ll think about cutting it down a bit in the near future.
Really appreciated! :folded_hands:

Hey @buero thanks for checking!

The app has two separate audiences, but the most burning problem it tries to solve is the lack of validation on manuscripts before publishing, or in other words: nobody want’s to read their books until they aren’t finished, but that’s the best time to get some advice.

The solution is the game that’d make people want to read their books (or rather stories in progress) regardless of their readiness.

I’ll definitely think about the problem you mentioned because if it’s not straight on the point than it needs to be corrected, for sure!
