Saving and Changing the Database with Backend Workflows

Hey guys,

I need to reset a counter (in user datatype) every beginning of the month for ALL USERS1.
Before reseting, I would like to save this counter (could be a CSV file), like client name - counter number.

How can I do that?

Is it time sensitive or coulde it be reset at the moment the user logs in after this date reset date.
