Schedule API workflow stopped

Schedule API workflow that creates things stopped suddenly

It just does nothing, no new records created and no conditions on any of the actions fron/backend

Does anyone experienced the same?

Is your scheduler paused? You can see by going to Logs → Scheduler.

Thank you @georgecollier - yes it seems like it is paused - see attached snapshot. any Idea how to release it?

however there was no intense load at all

There should be a button here that says resume or something like that

Thank you @johnny I can see pause tasks as you pointed out, or cancel all, or cancel one by one

Do you not see “Resume tasks?”

that’s weird, and in your task list you see the 39 tasks that should’ve already ran?

Yes, that’s right I can see the tasks listed. It’s started since 11th of December

I raised a support ticket, still waiting response as they have high volume as I have been told. Am sure they’ll come back.

But I want to check with the community if am doing anything wrong, or someone else experienced the same

i’d just wait for a response then, usually when you click resume tasks it’ll resume. maybe try pausing, then resuming?

Hey @abanostech , I have the exact same issue with an app.
Have you found a way to restart the scheduler?

I’ve also noticed a sudden drop of activity in the app from the same day that the scheduler stopped, even if the app can be navigated and used regardless of that scheduler:

No, I haven’t found any way. I even cancelled all tasks and tried to recreate the lost records. But unfortunately they stuck again

Still waiting for a response from Bubble team, I opened a ticket 5 days ago.

In the meantime, 250 tasks are waiting to be executed…
