I’m encountering a critical issue with the Geocoding service on my Bubble app. A customer reported that when trying to input their address, it doesn’t show up at all. Upon testing, I see the error message:
“Geocoding Service: Cannot connect to the geocoding service. Please check geocoding APIs.”
I’ve double-checked everything on my end—re-generated API keys, verified settings, and ensured all configurations are correct. Despite this, the issue persists, and no address results are returned when typing in the search box.
This functionality is absolutely crucial for my business, and I’m at a loss for what else to check. Has anyone else experienced this or have any insights on resolving this issue?
