I’m building a platform called Human Return Index™ (HRI) — a digital dashboard that helps organisations measure, track, and prove the ROI of workplace wellbeing, mental health, and leadership initiatives.
Core MVP features:
Employer + supplier registration (with role-based access)
Dynamic dashboard:
- HRI score with pillar breakdowns
- ROI tracker (shows link between people metrics + business performance)
Pulse survey tool + data input (to refine score + ROI insights)
Accreditation badge issuing (Bronze, Silver, Gold levels)
Supplier marketplace (search, filter, contact HRI-approved suppliers)
Stripe integration (supplier payments, employer upgrades)
Reporting: trend views + PDF exports
What I need:
- Experienced Bubble dev who can build a functional, clean MVP I can test with real users
