What We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a U.S.-based QA & Operations Lead to ensure the quality and operational excellence of our software products. This full-time position requires someone who thrives on supporting developers through testing and maintaining high-quality products. Must be based in the U.S. (Central or Eastern time zone).
Responsibilities
- Lead QA processes for our software products
- Define and implement test strategies
- Develop and maintain test plans and cases
- Automate testing processes
- Manage bug tracking and resolution with developers
- Support testing cycles with feedback and documentation
- Maintain QA documentation and improve playbooks
Experience
- 2+ years in software QA or testing
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools
- Experience with test cases, bug tracking, and release management
- Experience in automating manual testing processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Available for a Mon-Fri 9a-5p Eastern schedule
- Willing to travel 2x per year for onsite sessions
