Set more than one state in a workflow action

Can this be tweaked to set more than just one state per action ?
Right now to set 4 custom state values on same element we need to create 4 similar actions in workflow .

Unfortunately not a super easy fix

A workaround is to have a single state that can take more than one value, like a list, or a data thing with fields.
