Every time I see that I think of this:

3000 records in less than 45seconds and part of that was a recurring backend workflow with a 5 second wait

So 5 second wait between each record, with 3,000 records is 15,000 seconds, a bit more than 45 seconds. Maybe I’m missing something on the math here?

5 second wait between each bulk upload (could be 100-1000 per bulk upload)

Uploading 1000 at a time with 5 second wait in between just to let the system get its breath
