Been waiting a year now, the latest overhaul was great (especially global expressions and returning backend data) but losing patience over this. It also feels like a waste of development time to build something big right now if the AI Agent is right around the corner.
Seems like literally every single app and program in existence has this now except for Bubble.
There is conflicting information about the release:
I really hope it’s not “early Q4,” that would be disastrous.

how come not using Buildprint?
Sounds like you have a case of AI psychosis

AI Agent is out for all new apps so technically it is already out.
For existing apps, the team recently (this month) enabled the AI agent for about 5% of all apps. They’ll be collecting info, feedback, bugs, etc preparing to expand to more apps.
I think that “late Q3” timeline is probably realistic at this point but things could always change
Sorry Fede, but you guys are way behind the rest of the market. The native agent is a joke — it can barely do anything.
Buildprint is somewhat interesting for the back end, but for the front end it’s terrible too.
I’m migrating everything I can to Xano, for example, because I can plug it into Claude Code, VS Code, Cursor, etc. and work at an absurd speed (safely and without the traditional problems of 100% vibecoding).
Today my Bubble databases and workflows have become a terrible legacy, because they demand a lot of manual editing.
On top of that, there’s the fiasco of the WU pricing change (which exploded costs for serious apps), and the fact that in 2026 we’re still dealing with constant instability, the platform going down, embarrassing us in front of users — it feels like nothing has improved in the last few years when it comes to scalability and reliability.
And as a former Bubble ambassador, it pains me to bring up criticism like this. But just as in the past migrating from hard code to Bubble was something necessary to gain speed, now, unfortunately, Bubble has lost its leading edge, and I’m having to recommend that everyone migrate from Bubble to other solutions.
what model are you using and what method are you using to get it to design
