why the options: “align to…, distribute…” are always disabled?

They work for me, I use them regularly. What type of object are you right clicking when you get the disabled option?
For example when I add the reusable element Header into a page but, also with whatever element into a group. It’s very weird

Sure,
I think I can answer by myself now.
The align functionality works only when you select two element at once, because it align one into another one. I though that was enough to Press Align on a whatever element to align it to the page but was not like that.
