Sticky row and column (both )of Table element

Hi
i have a table with large numbers of rows and unlimited columns. i make table horizontally as columns are dynamic.
I have also set 1st column sticky, and now I want to set my first row of table element also sticky.

How could it be possible for horizontal layout of table?

in short i want 1st row and 1st column (both) of my table sticky.

Consider using two repeating groups to achieve this.
