Stripe Payment Element 3DS plugin

I recently purchased this plugin at v1.52.0 for my Bubble SaaS Web app..

My payment screen opens and I enter the dummy test card payment details then click pay & generate and get this error message:-

“Action only supported on mobile views”.

Another issue is that I get the Onelink option in my card payment which I don’t want. This is disabled in my Stripe Dashboard in Sandbox - Test mode.

Any feedback appreciated.

Sounds like you’ve purchased the mobile native app plugin, not one intended for web apps. There are a couple good Stripe payment element plugins for web apps. I’m using this one.

Appreciate the feedback but this version is absolutely a Web app, unless their advertising is incorrect which would be surprising.

Easy to confirm. Open the plugin in the Bubble Editor, click the Plugin page button.

Look at the listing under Platform. If it doesn’t say Web, it’s not a web plugin.

Thiis is the one I have!

But I found the problem - the action being used is plugin_1669758517677x711086346798366700_AFm — that’s the mobile-only “Confirm Payment” action from the Stripe Payment Element 3DS plugin.
