Thank you so much for the solution, It worked perfectly but I would like to think the way which doesn’t require using custom state since there is a chance of user will reload the page between clicking start break and finish break, but you already gave me a lot hints how it works so I will try to think the way, thank you so much!

no worries at all. Happy to help. If you would like to continue with custom states; you just need to add a simple workflow on pageload to keep the current break:
added to the editor as well and tested. But of course, you can look for a solution without custom states as well
