Trigger an action if user about to close the page

Is it possible to trigger an action when someone wants to quit the website?
For example, show a special offer or a discount in a popup?

Yes. Not sure what exact plugin does that but I am aware they exist.

Perhaps you can explore the Bubble plugin store.
