Bubble flows usually attempto to run actions as much as they can in parallel. For use cases where you want to ensure an one by one action to take place are recursive backend flows.
Set one up even if it is for one action … and build within it an action to create an internal log for errors (when the action to send an email does not complete) that you can display in an admin RG.
